Mark Stegeman has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota.  He has been working in the field since 2008.  During this time he has worked in several different areas within the mental health field including Outpatient Psychotherapy, Substance Abuse Treatment, Anger Management, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and In-home Family Therapy.

Cassie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She sees clients ranging from age 6 and beyond to assist in reducing depression, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship issues. Cassie’s practice is client-centered and adheres to concepts of mindfulness, CBT, and skills from DBT.

Jake Olson has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler Graduate School and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has been working in the Mental Health field since 2018 with experience working in School-Linked Mental Health prior to doing outpatient individual therapy at Legacy Counseling in Mora.  Jake grew up in the Mora community and is eager to provide therapeutic services to East-Central Minnesota clients of all ages, struggling with various types of mental and emotional distress. 

Karlie Gams has a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from St. Catherine University and University of St. Thomas, and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). She has been working in the field since 2015 and has experience providing clinical mental health services to individuals of all ages in a variety of settings, with a focus on children ages birth to 12. Karlie is trained in the Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood (DC: 0-5), and is able to assess infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children for mental health and developmental disorders to help determine necessity for early childhood interventions.
